Facility Use Fee Schedule
As Approved by the Trenton Public Schools Board of Education February 28, 2022
Tier 1 - $350/day
Non-Profit Groups where admission is being charged
Tier 2 - $450/day
For-Profit Groups who reside in the city of Trenton, Michigan and whose membership is at least 75% Trenton, Michigan residents.*
Tier 3 - $600/day
For-Profit Non-Resident Groups
Additional Charges
- Use of Intelligent Lighting System - $50/day
- Data Projector(s) - $25/projector/day
- Fog Special Effects - $20/day NOTE: Fog Machine(s) are currently out of service
- Air Conditioning - Minimum Daily Use Charge (First 2 Hours) - $200/day
- Air Conditioning - Hourly after first two - $50/hour
Neighboring Spaces
- Auditorium Dressing Rooms - Included with auditorium charge
- Trojan Cafe - $75/hour
- Cafeteria - $75/hour
- Black Box - $75/hour**
Booking Process
New renters must contact Facility Admin Christie Watson by email (watsonc@trentonschools.com) prior to scheduling an event in order to set up a SchoolDude Community Account. Please include a brief description of your event and the dates you are considering in your message.
Once approved for a SchoolDude Community Account. you can login here and submit your request using the "Request Facility Use" button. Your request will be routed to building administration and approved within a few weeks.
